What we are looking for:

A Customer Success Manager to nurture the relationship with our existing clients, identify ways to expand our support, and contribute to find and on-board new clients.
Your role will be essential to client retention by continuously ensuring that clients make the most of the platform, according to their needs.

You will:

Be the Datamaran expert! Know Datamaran, its use cases and users inside and out. Collaborate with an experienced team and engage with our extensive, international network (corporate, NGO and academic).
Train Datamaran users
Act as relationship manager for our clients
Identify opportunities for upsell-cross sell for existing clients
Understand client needs and identify Datamaran use-cases accordingly
Contribute to identify and develop new use cases and services
Prepare client deliverables using Datamaran and additional raw datasets
Communicate ideas for product enhancements to CTO & tech team
Build proposals linking Datamaran’s features/capabilities and prospective client’s strategy

Minimum 3 years experience in at least one of the following areas:
Corporate Social Responsibility/Sustainability, including: use of reporting frameworks, strategy development, materiality assessment
Risk management, including: ERM process, risk mapping, risk categorization, risk assessment
Responsible investment / ESG analysis: portfolio assessment, company screening/analysis, strategy development

Required skills:
High-quality project management from A to Z
Experience in working with clients
Proficiency in applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote etc.
Math and statistics
Data analysis
Knowledgeable in document formatting/design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work autonomously
Affinity with technology and keen to learn the tech lingo
Strong work ethic
Results-oriented team player
Excellent relationship, communication, and problem-solving skills

Optional skills and experience:
Data visualization
Other languages are a plus, especially Spanish
Consulting experience
